Tell your loved ones you love them.

I visited my friend in the hospital today. Told myself I wasn't going to cry, but eventually did when I had to reassure her that I was in fact there, talking to her. She showed me the bruises all over her arms from all the needles. She can't remember a lot either. She's so weak that she spoke in whispers and I had to strain to hear her. I love her so much, and it hurts to see her in such a vulnerable state. May Allah (swt) bless her with iman and grant her ease. Ameen.
